World's strongest man championship to be held in UAE
The United Arab Emirates will host the World’sStrongest Man championship here Sunday.
A total of 22 contestants from 23 countries willparticipate in the three-day event being held in Abu Dhabi for the first time.

The contestants will be demonstrating theirstrength in activities such as pulling bulky objects (rocks, trucks, andairplanes), lifting heavy weights, and a tug of war.
The opening ceremony will take place at Abu DhabiArmed Forces Officers Club Sunday while the event’s main activities andcompetitions will take place at Khalifa Park from Feb 12-14.
